She’s a great women’s basketball player.
She is not in the same universe as Pistol Pete Maravich.
It is apples and oranges to compare different players from different eras.
Venus Williams is a legendary women’s tennis player.
She would never have beaten Federer, Joker, or Nadal.
In fact, I doubt she would beat the man ranked 100 in the world.
Kaitlin Clark is a record setting women’s basketball player.
How many points do you think she’d get against the Big 10 caboose walk-ons that only play at end of a blowout?

No one has disdain for her or hate for her accomplishments. What she's done is tremendous.
The disdain is for the liberal agenda narrative trying to equate men's and women's records when they clearly aren't equal. It's the same crap they tried to do comparing Geno and Summitt to Wooden and Rupp. Just stop with the bullshite propaganda. People don't appreciate being flagrantly lied to.

she is a great women's basketball player and holds the women's scoring record.
She does not hold the record for the entire NCAA. Because if that is the case then there is not one NCAA record held by a woman in swimming or track and field. I'm pretty sure all the current women record holders would have something to say about that. And to go even further there are no Olympic records held by women.

The only WBB I have watched this year was the last minute of an Iowa game, forgot who they even played, but I kept watching to see if she’d make it rain.

If Iowa faced a men's basketball team, even a mediocre one, it would be a massive slaughter.
Challenge that men's team to press ala Hoya Paranoia (Georgetown of old), or Arkansas' 40 Minutes of Hell, and the women's team would be LUCKY to get to double digits on the scoreboard.
