Texas will likely have a very good team next season, but UGA is expected to have a much better team. It could happen, yes, but Georgia will be the favorite.

It’s just a prediction and I am a homer, but I’m a realistic homer the 10 years before Sark I never made that prediction because I knew it wasn’t gonna happen. these last few years I thought we could win a national title and I hoped we would, but I never predicted we would.
Next season, though they’re going all in with arch Manning and Colin Simmons. They’re gonna hit the portal hard and they still might make some changes on the offensive staff.this team is gonna have elite talent again top five in the nation, but their defense is gonna be better and more aggressive PK had a bend but don’t break defense. Colin Simmons had 11 sacks being dropped into coverage on third down he should have 20 sacks next year in 16 games with Coach boom. He’s not gonna drop into coverage anymore and the number one recruiting class from last year. They’re all gonna be sophomores and redshirt freshman this year added into the depth of the team arch Manning is really good regardless of what you think of him he was not good at the beginning of the year , but he played really good at the end of the year and if you look at his stats, they were good. He should be a Heisman favorite going in the next year.

You missed interpreted what I was saying, the portal players will not hurt Texas in 2026 nearly as much as the talent and experience lost to the draft (which is ~7 players on D alone).
Yes we have other portal players happening but none are full time starters other than 1 maybe 2.
