Big 10 fans treat these bowls as vacation.

It's 11°F in Bloomington tonight.

Great coaching

Cignetti found a loophole and exploited it. When these 6-7 year players are out of college football, and he has to develop his recruited talent and win with that, I might jump on the bandwagon. I don't even think he will sustain much success into next year. He caught lightning in a bottle and almost let it slip away tonight. Beck throws that last pass 12-15 yards farther and IU is just another "almost champion". His team this year is literally older than the Green Bay Packers who were a playoff team in the NFL.

Bama’s last legit natty was 2015.

Imagine thinking this was a flex.

getting curb stomped twice in primetime down the stretch

Imagine being so irrelevant that you have to be jealous of another team losing a playoff game because you haven't sniffed the playoffs this decade.

As Herbstreit said, the “brand took a hit” during the Rose Bowl.

But Oregon didn't?

Also, Barn paid $cam.

STFU.
OKSt is going to kick the shite out of some people next year.

Huh?

If the portal and NIL are killing BAMA, imagine being barn and not being able to blame the portal or NIL.

They were dead before NIL.
quote:

If you can afford it, I would call it desperate. It might seem desperate to Alabama but Texas boosters have opened up their checkbooks for the final year of Arch. Texas will probably have the most expensive roster in CFB.

They’re not done in the portal yet.

Wonder if tejas opts out of the Citrus Bowl next year?
Imagine falling BEFORE the NIL and Portal madness.

That is what happened on the plains.
1970 NBA called and wants their shorts back.

worried about it

I'm not. I just find it odd that a guy who can't block, takes plays off, and fumbled away the most important game of the season for his team commands such a high price?

There's a difference between wanting to win and being desperate to win. $3-4m to Coleman seems desperate.

If he had Arnold throwing to him and had much better stats than that last year, it’s nearly impossible he’d regress to that stat line.

Only so many balls to go around.

It's not my money, so yes, extremely upset.

Honesty.
So if Wingo, Arch, and Smothers have great years and Coleman catches 20 passed for 300 yards and 3 TDs would Coleman have been worth $4+ million for being a really good decoy??

Follow up: are tejas fans upset that the powers that be didn't spend like retarded drunk sailors last season??
Again, what kind of production by Cam will be a good ROI for that salary?
quote:

Texas has FU money and doesn’t care. They paid 6M for the QB alone. Too bad they have no linemen

If money is all that mattered they would be in the finals this year.
quote:

It was 4.2M. Which is utterly insane

What numbers would he have to put up to earn that kind of payday?

1500 yards
100 receptions
12-15 TDs

Would that earn him $4m??

Does anyone legitimately think Cam Coleman is going to have anything close to those numbers???
I don't understand the sentiment of praising Cignetti for what he is doing and at the same time feeling frustrated because Tejas stole a mid-receiver who can't block, takes plays off, and fumbled away the Iron Bowl. Cignetti wouldn't even look Cam Coleman's way. He wouldn't give him the time of day.
OR,
Being unhappy that a RB who showed disrespect to BAMA on signing day. What's really crazy is even with both of them Tejas is no closer to winning a natty.

The basketball game did suck, though.

Everybody is saying how nobody can compete with Texas, Aggie, or Tech and Texas didn't even make the playoffs, and neither Aggie or Tech won a playoff game.
