Trent Williams #4 pick in 2013 and Lane Johnson #4 pick in 2010 both still playing and both probably the best in the NFL at their posisitons.

Slim pickings for AU. Not a super rich OL history. Probably Willie Anderson.13 years on the NFL. 4x Pro-Bowl and 3x first team All-Pro. Or maybe Steve Wallace. 9-year starter. Won 3 rings with the 49ers.

Faneca is arguably the 2nd best Guard of all time. The only guard that was better is Hannah, and only by a little bit.

One of the most "awarded" college offensive linemen for Bama was Barrett Jones.
3 time All-American at 3 different line positions.
3 times BCS National Champion
Outland Trophy.
Rimington Trophy
Wuerful Trophy.
Jim Parker Trophy.
Jacobs blocking trophy.
3 times first string All-SEC.
Probably most famous for shoving AJ McCarron in a disagreement in a playoff ballgame.
Still not as good as John Hannah back in the day.
But my favorite Bama o-linmen was Landon Dickerson.

Chris Samuels, Andre Smith, Ryan Kelly all won major national awards and had long careers, Kelly is still playing and maybe Smith too.
Samuels is likely a HOF'er.

To me John Hannah might be the best to ever play OL in the SEC. He was and still is one mean SOB. He lived to run down DLs and Linebackers. I’ve seen enough footage of that guy.

I guess if you’re talking historically then I have to say Frank “Bruiser” Kinard for Ole Miss. This would be 1935-1937. Back when they were men and played iron man football. Modern times I’d have to give it to Terrance Metcalf 1997-2001. Came in with Romero Miller and Deuce McAllister. Started every down while he was there.
