Auburn trailing to Vandy is probably a function of the era in which lots of those losses were played. Vandy was a powerhouse around the time the SEC was formed.

I think most of the DeBoer disrespect that is coming from Alabama fans are from the younger ones who have really only known life under Saban and DeBoer.

But my favorite Bama o-linmen was Landon Dickerson.

Both DeBoer and Courtney Morgan addressed this high school recruiting class early in the spring. They were looking at signing 16-17 high school players this year. They took huge high school classes the past 2 years and have about 80 players who are freshmen or 2nd year players.
The goal this year was using NIL funds for roster retention and being very specific about who they recruit. I guess we'll have to wait and see how this strategy plays out. Bama doesn't have Ohio State/Michigan/Texas schools money to try to outspend their opponents.

I spent most of the summer of 1975 there on a construction project. I remember those young ladies quite well. They seemed to be looking to go slumming with the blue-collar guys and get away from frat boys. We were happy to oblige them.

On paper, Indiana rolls the Tide.
Games aren't played on paper, so we'll just have to wait a bit to find out.

For what it's worth, I appreciate the heck outta what Coach Cignetti has done at Indiana. I always liked him when he was Saban's wide receiver coach back during Saban's first 3 Natties at Bama.
