North Carolina & NC State, then possibly Virginia & Virginia Tech. Need to follow the Big's example and bring punching bags on board who'll never realistically threaten for a football title. Nice upgrade basketball wise too.

Man I agree with everything you say about the talent level KDB inherited. I understand people not wanting to disparage Saban but the truth is that things were trending down since 2021. Additionally, I have rather enjoyed your posts since I have zero background in x's & o's and appreciate all the deep dives you've provided.

I'm optimistic on KDB getting things squared away but let's just say hypothetically for the next 2-3 seasons Alabama is around 9-11 wins with a couple of playoff appearances. Is he really damaging Alabama's brand at that point ? I still think he was the realistic best coach available at the time and to his credit it takes balls to follow Saban. Just curious

It's been alot of doom & gloom but I'm glad all this house cleaning occurred. Shows KDB recognized a problem and is attempting to remedy it. They'll be some growing pains next season with the youth on the offensive line but overall I think the next 2 seasons will be good ones.

I can't stop going over Penn St's schedule for next season....... That is honestly the most pathetic thing I've ever seen from a supposed major program. There are consistently going to be BIG teams that due to the size of the conference avoid the top 4-5 teams in a given season. Couple that with a ridiculous out of conference slate and there you have it.
