ATM: can the new HC demand to get rid of yell leaders & all male cheerleaders?

Part of the feeling of “weirdness” that surrounds your program is the yell leaders, their dances, ole rock midnight yell antics and the lack of any fine arse female cheerleaders.
I really think this is part of the problem with the perception of your program.
So if your top candidate says one of my demands is to get rid of the yell leaders and require female cheer leaders and dance teams as a condition of taking the job, would the admins go for it?
Or are the yell leaders and all male cheer squads non negotiable?
I’m dead serious about this.
Y’all have to get rid of this …

I’d assume so. They don’t even think it’s weird. So they don’t view it as a problem.

I agree. But the problem is that the Aggies lack something called 3rd party perspective when it comes to this.
Change it up.
Puts some Texas arse in some cheer leader outfits and get rid of the barber shop quartets.

The best way to fix this is in phases. First just add female cheerleaders then over years work those guys back behind the girls where they belong.

It’s not for you, it’s for us. In case you’re unfamiliar with the situation, we don’t make changes in decades old tradition for the approval of the general public or media.

Now the better question is why those ATM chicks are not front and center on gameday?
Until you just posted those pics, I would be willing to bet that every non ATM fan had no idea that they even existed.
This has helped promulgate that you all are bunch of homosexual cult.
Less promoting of yell leaders. More promotion of hot arse would go a long way to changing perception of your program.
Now the better question is why those ATM chicks are not front and center on gameday?

Cheerleaders are at the basketball games.They are also national champions.

When are y'all going to get it through your thick heads that we really don't care what the rant thinks about our traditions. It is really just that simple. We are not looking for the acceptance of a bunch of tshirt fans from other schools. Sorry it upsets you if we do not do things like you think we should do them.

Dance team, not cheerleaders. TAMU does not have male or female cheerleaders. They have Dance Team and YELL leaders.
It is weird, but it is tradition. TAMU was an all male school for a long time.
Keep the tradition and the milkman uniforms. (Note: We will continue to make fun of them, but just laugh it off).

The dance team does basketball and baseball. They don't do football because of time limitations and the Aggie band: can you see the dance team rocking out to the "Theme from Patton?" It would be kind of awkward, to say the least.
