Fantastic! May you live a life full of continued blessings, Rylie!

I actually don’t think about their sex lives at all. But for accuracy’s sake, they get more tail on campus than just about anyone.
Can someone … anyone? … provide the name of any Yell Leader in the history of Texas A&M’s who was “gay?”
(asking for the Longhorns on the board. You’re welcome, sips, but no thanks necessary)

I don’t get too worked up over uniforms. The players like to mix it up, and it’s a nice nod to our military roots.
Other than that, it’s a non-issue

So stupid. A&M has has several "good" teams over the years. That's not really up for debate. It's taking it to the top level that's been unobtainable.
If you're basing a good season solely on whether a national championship is won, then a majority of the country hasn't had a good team in decades.
But congrats on your multi-page click bait responses.

So why are Aggies whining about it 30 years later?
The Aggies aren’t.
A single poster on an internet website brought it up.
You disputed the accuracy of it.

If there truly was a contract that wasn't fulfilled, surely Aggie collected some damages.
LSU terminated the remaining games of its 10-yr contract with Texas A&M after the Aggies had beaten LSU five consecutive years. LSU AD Joe Dean acknowledged he was responsible for ending the series early.
A&M AD Wally Groff said LSU owed A&M $200,000 under the contract for the two canceled games but offered only $100,000; A&M accepted the reduced amount on advice of its attorneys.
This is substantially documented.
Groff said the experience left him unwilling to schedule LSU again.

It wouldn’t be ideal (losing your starting QB almost never is) but “we’re fricked” is rather dramatically overstating it.
Brady Hart, a 4-star recruit and one of the highest-rated QBs in the 2025 class (broke numerous Florida passing records) is a tall prototypical QB, size wise, with a big arm. He’s an accurate downfield passer who is poised in the pocket and generally makes good decisions.
The staff has a lot of confidence in him. There’d be a learning curve, but it’s not like the cupboard is bare.

I would consider myself a democrat now. Have voted Republican in the past but not anymore since maga took off.
(Especially since you followed that comment with, “I think the word socialist and socialism has kind of lost all meaning with how the right tries to weaponize it.”)

Aggies don't want a coach who took them to their only men's big 3 natty appearance ever?
That seems wild.
It is. I agree. But the sheer loathing Aggies have for that man cannot be overstated. It’s not necessary to rehash the circumstances of the situation, but it was about as shitty as it gets.
JS is probably the most detested (top 3?) individuals associated with the university — ever. So no, he’s not wanted back … under any circumstance.

But the reasons these kids are coming to Texas are money, money, money, Schlossnagle, Wiener, and Tulowitzski. In that order.
Cain’s job was literally spearheading and coordinating Texas baseball recruiting. He played a significant role in getting players on campus.
I’m not even going to get into a Schloss argument, but many families on the travel ball circuit won’t go near the guy. He’s a total shite of a human being. Obviously there are plenty who are willing to look past it, but many who have played (and coached) with him have “things” to say about the experience.
It’s absolutely no secret.
A&M should never should have hired him, knowing what he and CDC had planned for years. But shame on us (and Ross Bjork) for a lack of due diligence. I’m fairly certain the same mistake won’t ever be repeated.

I don't really know what the guy did or does. I'm sure he's a fine recruiter but in the NIL era I'm not sure how much that matters as much as the $$$.
Huh? Do you follow your team’s program, or just randomly comment on threads?
Cain is widely regarded as one of the elite recruiters in college baseball. From LSU, to Texas A&M, and then Texas, he produced eight top 10 classes and six top 5 classes.
In his first recruiting cycle at Texas, he signed the #1 class, then followed that with classes ranked #2 in 2025 and #3 nationally for 2026.
He was also credited with landing players like Carson Tinney and Aiden Robbins.
That’s about as strong a two-year recruiting stretch as any program in the country can reasonably expect.

So?! Man, I’d watch the Aggies play in a hurricane if the CWS was on the line (but that’s no big surprise).

Correct.
JS brought Earley with him to be Texas’ hitting coach. When Earley left 2 days later for A&M, JS brought back Tulowitzki to coach hitters and infielders.

Jimbo ? Elko.
Not even in the same universe, as far as player development.
