Not necessarily. There is a process in place for that. We had some friends of ours son marry a polish girl. It took months and it required multiple affidavits attesting to her sincerity from U.S. citizens and her employer saying she was an indispensable employee.

I called them I had a Kia with bad injector and ask if they had a car in there I could borrow parts from.
