Smart is the best coach in the SEC now and has built a great program.Hes head and shoulders above Sark or any other coach in our conference.Ithink in a couple of years LK will close the gap but is not there yet.

35-2 sounds way more legendary than 26-4.

Smart built those wins up the Saban way - using NIL before it was implemented in a big way by the rest of college football.

Honestly, if not for NIL, Smart would probably be on a Saban like run right now. Not a troll comment either because he's clearly still the best.

That's a nice self-serving conspiracy theory; our rival's winning coach cheated, but we didn't. So Saban cheated more than anyone else and never got punished? Then what, he handed his get out of jail free card to Kirby? How did Kirby win the SEC and come within one play of winning the national championship in 2017, using mostly Richt's players? Was Richt untouchable too? I guess the really wild conspiracy theory would be that players saw Kirby's quick results and wanted to play for him, including lots of players from the talent-rich state of Georgia.

Only a full blown moron actually believes Saban cheated his way to the top while ten thousand eyes from rival schools could never catch him. In the 11 years Smart coached under Saban , he learned “The Process” , how to put a football program together and run it and took that carbon copy to Georgia.
