Bianco entered the season with the seat on fire, so far he's done nothing to make it any warmer, but will have to go 14-16 or better with a NCAA appearance to go along with it or his tenure may be in serious jeopardy.

I'd say NCAA for the reason the odds of you catching the best team on an off night are a lot better in a no-stakes SEC tourney as opposed to the tournament that determines the ultimate champion.
Case in point, take Ole Miss's game today against Auburn. We might catch a team either ready to play or not caring about it waiting for the Big Dance. If we catch them in the Sweet 16, we know we're getting their best shot.

Think the conference will review the tape to see whether or not the opposing team or officials were impeded upon, which is what the policy mentions.
So to answer the question, could be as few as 1 if they get up in the other team's face and keep them from exiting the court.

To run the risk of answering the question seriously, my hunch is the SEC will review the tape and see that neither Tennessee nor the game officials were ever impeded upon, which is the spirit of the "policy".
