Jeff Bower at Southern Miss
Bower spent 29 years at the University of Southern Mississippi as a quarterback, assistant coach and head coach.
His replacement Larry Fedora had some success there for a couple of years after Jeff Bower was gone....but honestly USM football has not been the same ...

Along with the other time off throughout the school year which equates another month off ( Mardi gras, spring break, fall break, Thanksgiving , Christmas etc)
There are not many full-time jobs out there where you get a 1/3...
