Shouldn’t matter who starts. Your coach is a qb whisperer to my understanding.

tFarmer from Spring, TX got one upvote, that he did himself, and 49 downvotes.

Impressive.

Some QB work with newly moved QB coach Dameyune Craig

WTF? Can't believe the 5* QB's aren't knocking down the door.

Wait . . . Craig is the QB coach now?

King’s ceiling is head and shoulders above Max Johnson’s.

Maybe so, but King's floor is MUCH lower than Johnson's. So far in his career, King has been throwing INTs at a 10% rate, yikes: King

Max Johnson, on the other hand, takes really good care of the ball, 1.3% INT rate: Johnson

So, what kind of coach is Fisher? One who loves the highlight reel plays or one who pulls his hair out after yet another INT?

Max Johnson will win it. A game manager that holds on to the ball too long but won't make mistakes that lose you the game. Won't win you the big games either. 8-4 again.

yep. das what im afeared of….

Aggy has to do better than that.

Jimbo loves quarterbacks like Max.

Max deserves his shot, he's the most seasoned and was a SEC starter.

Jimbo will play which ever QB gives A&M a better chance of winning football games. Max has a pretty good arm but he is not as quick as King. I don't think Max was playing to his potential last year at LoSerU. The team was surrounded by conflict and probably a lot of the player's hearts were not in it. If A&M can coach him up, I think he will have a good shot at being the starter.

King has a good arm as well but is hard to judge him with just barely over one game under his belt.

A former A&M player that I know well seems to think that right now, King will probably be the starter. According to him, we probably will not know until at least one or two games into the season. He is also concerned that King may not be able to withstand a full season of abuse. If the OL can do its job, either QB should do really well.

Who ever gets the nod, it is nice to know we have a solid backup if needed

Regardless of QB, Aggie will be 8-4. Again. It's in their DNA.
