A&M joins list of schools who have declined to play Texas Tech

So far, Georgia and Nebraska will not schedule Tech in any sport.
horn has turned down Tech this summer after their coaches exchanged comments. USCw has canceled games with Tech, and will not play them. A&M latest school to turn down Tech after Mississippi State and NC State declined request by Tech for a game.
Is this because of the gambling case? Everyone in the SEC seems to be onboard with not playing them. And Tech seems to think programs should cancel other P4 games to accommodate them on our schedules.

They probably cancel the SECCG after this year if the 24 team playoff gets approved.

I bet our stupid arse AD will schedule them so we can play 3 P4 OOC in one season again.

They claim to be willing to pay the buyouts to remove a P4 from anyone’s schedule, but I think they want a home game.

There are more & more schools refusing to play their girl's softball team as well. It's head coach has pissed off a lot of other softball teams' head coaches. Just a jerk it seems.

With a 24 team playoff..literally zero reason to even play a decent opponent.
So we will likely play 3 tough ooc games each year, because we have an AD that is terrible.

Op, if Texas Tech wants to know why nobody wants to play them, they need to look in the mirror.
They poured orange dye all over our players white jersey's as they ran out of the tunnel. and broke into our football buses and smeared cow shite all over everything. Their fans are classless as hell and their AD did nothing.
Aggies have no problems finding OOC games with teams that have civilized fan bases such as Notre Dame and this year Arizona State.
Why would we want to play Texas Tech in anything?
They poured orange dye all over our players white jersey's as they ran out of the tunnel. and broke into our football buses and smeared cow shite all over everything. Their fans are classless as hell and their AD did nothing.
Aggies have no problems finding OOC games with teams that have civilized fan bases such as Notre Dame and this year Arizona State.

They don’t have any P4’s on their schedule until 2030 when they play Arkansas. Just Big 12 conference games and G5s. The article I read said Arkansas might cancel that series.

They use that excuse but it covers for them with what happened to Texas last year losing to Ohio State and missing the CFP
They don’t gain anything by playing Tech but Texas A&M is afraid to play them in football that’s already known

I'd cut your AD a little slack on the OOC P4 scheduling thing. Schedules are made plenty far in advance. Hard to figure which team will be powerhouse and who will be crap, Indiana and Michigan for instance. Currently there is shake up going on for the new SEC 9 game thing and conferences realigning, but things will settle down and more advanced scheduling will occur soon.

I remember OU players saying that the Tech fans got them with ink one year when they were coming onto the field.
I don't think the players thought all that much about it. Just a prank. Some OU fans got bent about it... of course.
