Arkansas has some great looking spots, but nothing like a traditional quad.

They had an original design that would have been pretty great, but about 50 years ago they discovered yellow brick and for some reason said frick the original design.

So you picked that one picture out of the hundreds of the LSU Quad and Campus.

And, humor me....what does that even """"""""""""""M E A N""""""""""""" ?????

How do YOUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU know that these 2 are:
a. LSU students
b. Of French-Acadian ancestry?

Less than 6% of the nearly 5,000,000 Louisiana residents are even OF Acadian ('Cajun') ancestry,
dumbass.....

Where do you get "stupid cajuns" from??? South Central Louisiana has, for decades, had one of the highest per capita concentrations of millionaires in America.

Why is someone "stupid" because they are of French Acadian ancestry (originally Nova Scotia) ??????

And I don't see Cajun food dimming as a national craze anytime soon.

Here's a suggestion a-hole,

Go set yourself on fire and lower yourself inch by inch into a sewage treatment plant........

What "stupid" heritage are YOUUUUUUUUUU of ?

Guess I'm going to have to add "totally lacking sense of humor" to my evidently copious Cajun stereotypes...

I dont know if UF has anything that would be considered a traditional quad. None of the green spaces are referred to as quads; they are "plazas." The Plaza of the Americas is nice. Lots of trees. Gothic architecture. The Reitz Union north lawn is fairly expansive and nice, though every single building surrounding it is horrible... 1950s-1980s horrible Texas A&M style architecture. But at least there are lots of trees and girls and stuff, so that makes it pleasant.

Arkansas with the names in the sidewalks is so cool.

I personally like Texas A&M's campus. It has that 1960s Czechoslovakia feel too it.

as does Tennessee and parts of Auburn. Although I think Samford Hall at Auburn is one of the most unique buildings on an SEC campus

UT has some very nice parts of campus (the hill, most of the recently constructed buildings) and some very bad looking parts of campus (mclung tower, HSS, pres court). It's gonna look very different and a lot nicer in 10 years with this whole long-term construction plan they have in place though. I'm lookin forward to seeing what that turns out like. Until then, we have One of the ugliest

I would consider CU Boulder's Norlin Quad iconic, mainly on 420.

Giving a vote for my University of Rochester. It definitely is not the best and as iconic as the likes of some other ones on this list, but it is absolutely gorgeous in Spring and Fall.

I said your campus is gorgeous to be fair. It isn't like Denny Chimes is an eyesore by any means, but there has got to be a handful of quads that didn't make the list that are more iconic than DC.

I was mostly kidding.

It's the background on both my diplomas. Essentially the symbol on all academic insignia. So it means a lot to Alabama grads.

I forgot to add the " " . I figured you were mostly kidding, but just had to point out that I don't see the hype.
