I wouldn’t even discuss the playoffs until we beat Georgia. That blocked field goal was probably a 10 point swing and it kept Texas A&M in the game. I can see why Bama fans complained about Golding. It felt like the defense didn’t make any adjustments until the last possession when we started blitzing.

Screw that, we have another week to dream before we come crashing down to reality

I’m thinking the UGA game goes about like the Bama game did. 24-10 or so. But it’s nice to know we still have something to play for 10 games in.

Exactly. If we win, that’s amazing obviously. If we lose, oh well. It sucks but it’s not unexpected. If we finish 10-2 with our only losses to Bama and UGA, I’ll take it every day of the week

Thought the same thing. We blitzed several times in a row forcing max into throwing early and had success. As soon as we stopped blitzing again, they drove the field.

Dart was 24 of 33 for 387 yards and 2 TDs today. That's pretty damn solid.

This is why you never rely on LSU for help…

11-1 playoffs is easier than having to beat UGA twice

Anybody hear if we sustained any injuries or are we going to be healthy for UGA?

I'm hoping it's the latter. And it was good to see Watkins catching 5 balls today and having a TD.

I'm excited about this game. Let's just enjoy the hell out of this week. How often does this situation happen to Ole Miss? We in November and are 8-1. We have a home undefeated streak this year and have only lost to another top 10 team. If we knock off Georgia, as unlikely as it may be, we have a damn good shot at a playoff spot. We have won the big games before.

Let's do this!

Isheem Young is no longer with the team apparently. What happened there?

Nah, if 1 loss Michigan

Actually thinking about it, our resume would be better than that of a 1 loss non-Big 10 champ Michigan.

Their only good win would be Penn State. Our UGA win would be better than that. Much stronger SoS. Bama loss on par with Ohio State loss.

This. And we still get a great bowl game at 10-2. The only thing that could spoil this season would be an unthinkable loss to Miss State.

Not saying it isn’t possible, but losing to this Mississippi state team would be like losing the 2008 egg bowl.

If we run the table I have no doubt the committee would screw us.
