Apparently laced drugs with cyclorphine? I have no idea what it is. Hope everyone is staying safe and hate it for the 2 confirmed passed.

This is what I'm hearing, specifically coke laced with it.

Damn. I tried telling my kids just drink bottled beer, that way you at least know what it is in it.

Two dead as per news release from the University.
Lafayette County Sheriff also put out a release saying packaged Kratom was found at the site of both deaths. But they don't know if that was a contributing factor or even if the deaths are related.
Also a local guy (non student) was booked into the jail this afternoon on drug charges. Rumors are he was the dealer but they haven't said if he's connected to the deaths or not

Man, I hate to say it, but if fatally toxic contaminated party drugs were a thing when I was in school, I very possibly might not be alive today. Whole thing sucks.

Before anyone reads that and assumes, it’s just a rumor put out to try and disparage LSU fans… There is likely truth to it because I remember most of the stuff from when I was in college came from the Louisiana and Mississippi Gulf Coast. I highly doubt it has anything to do with who our opponent was last weekend.
