That should be the stance everyone takes. The accusation is disgusting but it is an accusation. Let the case play out before making absolute statements about his guilt or innocence.

Yikes. That is def. some disturbing stuff.
I do wish they'd stop with the whole presents = grooming bit though. People buy shite for kids because they're kids and even the biggest hardasses tend to melt when it comes to kids needing or wanting something. Pedos do it because they're trying to act a part and endear themselves to either the parent, kid, or both but a ton of pedos don't bribe kids with toys or anything else. They just wait for an opportunity and act. Now, sending gifts to a third party to disguise the fact that you're sending presents to a kid or teenager (like he's accused of) IS a much better predictor -- that fact gives weight to these accusations being truthful, imo. If they were innocent gifts, he wouldn't have felt the need to try and hide them from the kid's parent or parents.

I don't like to give credit to the police for being intelligent but the relative could give credence or absolutely destroy this case single-handedly. I would think he would be the first person they talked to before filing charges because being wrong on a famous person accused of something like this could end their career pretty quickly. The fact that there are charges with a witness we haven't heard publicly from but one that was presumably interviewed by the police beforehand is damning. It doesn't 100 percent mean he's guilty but it looks very bad for him.

It looks incredibly damning for him for the reasons you just said but those without inside info just have to wait because what everyone knows here is only a tidbit of the case either way. Working nearly 18 years in a prosecutor’s office really taught me how you can’t rush to judgement. The only wise thing to do is wait for the case to play out.
