OP is spot on. Quality customer service is a point I’ve harped on my kids during their high school and college jobs. Learn how to provide exceptional customer service and you’ve got 99% of your competitors beat these days.

I utilized this tactic once and asked for a potential salary match that was double my current pay at the time. My department head responded that he couldn't do it as I'd be making significantly more than him. Smiled and told him I'd be leaving for the new position.

2-4 new refineries built over the past 26 years would have been huge but environmental regulations imposed by Dems have killed any chance for us to get ahead domestically.

Could be a bit worse. Top club’s national teams in San Antonio are $7500 for dues and then you have private lessons and travel. I’ll just be thankful my last kid in the house doesn’t want to partake in equestrian.

Saw the same thing from one of my son’s former coaches. Then he went on the state he was afraid for his boys. I’d tell the guy I worry about my son, as well, but for fear that people that share certain traits with him could harm him.
