Passed one back in college. Certainly not proud of my actions and it taught me a great lesson at an early age.

I had been drinking all day while tailgating before and after the Aggie football game. I rolled thru a stop sign around 2 am and put in a handful of Levi Garrett immediately after the officer lit me up with his lights. First thing he asked when he came to my window was why I put some chew in my mouth. Made up a story as I had heard a wild tale from a friend that it would throw off a breathalyzer as I knew I was effed if they made me take one. He gave me the pen test going side to side and then asked where my house was. Luckily, it was less than two blocks away. Officer said get your butt there asap and stay there.

Maybe I caught an honest officer not looking to screw up a life but he saved me a lot of trouble and taught me a valuable lesson. I make it a priority to avoid driving after drinking but wouldn’t take a FST under any condition these days.

I don’t agree with this statement. Doesn’t bother me that he is willing to spend big $$ on Tech sports. Campbell wants so-called equality by making the government pool tv rights. Last thing we need is our federal government more involved in college sports.
