I looked it up quickly. In Texas this could be someone under the age of 17.
So, 16 and under.
Also the charge was sexual contact, so it sounds like he banged or had some kind of sexual contact with someone 16 or younger.
I don't see him having much of an excuse unless it's a false accusation.

For something that could carry a 20 year prison sentence, $25K bond seems awfully low.
I did not realize he had signed with the Falcons.
Hopefully the facts will be revealed but - under no circumstances do you mess around with under-age people. Never allow yourself to be in a compromised situation.
