As a UGA fan losing to bama in pretty much the same scenario back to back years was the lowest point for me as a UGA fan....

A forgotten game is 2011 South Carolina.
It was the week after the Boise State debacle. We totally dominated the game and the Gamecocks won off of a pic six, a fake punt return, and fumble return for touchdowns. I was in Sanford stadium that day and it was the most sickening loss I’ve ever seen there.

Losing a former teammate. NCAA champion, dead at 40.

(1) Nov. 1, 1969 at Jackson
Ole Miss 26 LSU 23 I was very young but remember.
Unbeaten 6th ranked LSU had a 23-12 lead on Archie Manning and Ole Miss early in the 4th quarter, but Ole Miss rallied to win 26-23, withstanding a last gasp LSU pass in the Ole Miss end zone to TE Bill Stober that was tipped away at the last second.
If not for this game, LSU would have likely played Texas in the Cotton Bowl for a possible national championship.
As a matter of fact, Texas did agree to play 7th ranked 9-1 LSU in the game, but later reneged in favor of 3-loss Notre Dame who had not played in a bowl game since the 1940s.

So many to choose from. Not sure I could even narrow it down to 3.

2016 title game to Clemson.
That was the best team Nick Saban has ever assembled.

A lot of OM fans will say 4th and 25 or LSU in 2003, but to me the most heartbroken I've ever been after a game was Auburn in 2014 when Laquon broke his leg and fumbled simultaneously while millimetres from the goal line. Not only did we lose our star receive and the game in hearbreaking fashion, we were also 7-1 and lost all momentum after that point.

Yeah, that's a false narrative.
Uga was losing at halftime 14-13, Losing at the end of the third by two scores and had a good 4th quarter to get back in the game. Marcus Lattimore ran all over UGA in that game.

But I’ve never been the same since 2014 Auburn

That was my first time in Oxford. Crazy game and I can't imagine losing like that. After 2013 and that game it really did seem like Gus and Auburn had some magic hoodoo.
The shine finally wore off the very next week when we lost at home to a not very good Texas A&M team with a true freshman QB. Fumbled twice in the redzone in the final minutes when going in for the winning score. Haven't been the same since.

Every loss feels just as bad to me. When we lose a game, I almost feel like going to the bedroom to self-flagellate.
