2 are locks

who are your other 2?

Since more than half-dozen coached at multiple SEC schools I pictured them with their first SEC job.

Just football?

Not sure there's anybody else left that's more deserving than a dozen other coaches.

Throw in all sports and you can make good arguments for a few coaches.

Urban if he hadn't shite himself at the idea of playing Saban every year.

Stallings and Dye *OR* Orgeron and Les.

Have two old school guys, or two of the newer(ish) breed.

Or find a larger mountain and get all 6.

I don't want pat summit or dave marsh on this wall... or whomever coaches Arkansas running.

I'm not sure you can make any real arguments outside the 2 locks mentioned.

Urban maybe, except he bolted from the SEC when things got tough which disqualifies him IMO.

Of the others pictures, O still has a chance since he's still active but 1 NC isn't going to cut it. Otherwise you gotta put Cheezdick, Stallings, Miles and others on there.

Pat Dye would quickly go on an Iron Bowl Mt Rushmore, but I'm not sure how the rest of the SEC would feel about it.

I vote NO to Bill Curry...jk

I would add Les Miles and Phil Fulmer even though they may have fallen out of favor they both accomplished a lot.

I mean, Ed is 52-27 as an SEC HC with 1 SECC and 1 NC

Stallings was 70-16-1 as an SEC HC with 1 SECC and 1 NC (though he did win the division 4/5 years)

Ed is certainly trending up, but Rushmore he is not.

Can't disagree although both are two of the most detestable human beings to ever coach in the SEC

This is correct. I know it's popular to make fun of Fulmer on here but no way he's not top 4 SEC coach since 1992.

I'd also put CUM on there with you there.

CUM didn't end his career in the SEC though. He is more of a Big10 product at this point, although likely to be a Pac12 product in the near future.

If he went on to the NFL it would be 1 thing, but bailing for fake reasons just so you can end up in an easier situation isn't to be celebrated IMO.

If we’re discounting Urban, then it’s easily Fulmer and Les imo

Really tough to argue definitively for anyone outside those top 2; however, if you had to, I'd probably say Fulmer and Miles.

Fulmer won a national title, 2 SEC titles, 5 Division titles, and went 152-52 over 16.5 seasons

Miles won a national title, one runner-up, 2 SEC titles, 3 division titles, and went 114-34 over 11.5 seasons.

Both likely have several more division and SEC titles as well if not for the two coaches in the OP.

How bad of a coach was Bill Curry?

When a prince of a man like C.M. Newton has to fire you, you're pretty bad.

I realize Pat Dye is fresh on everyone's mind, but he was exactly a .500 coach in 1992, the only year he coached in the divisional era.
