that somewhat new age on social media way of talking that women do now. Hard to describe, but you know it when you hear it.
It is intolerable.
Fine or not, I can’t listen to that shite for more than 10 seconds.

You do understand I'm saying Ole Miss should have won that game by 17+ at minimum, right?

For his whole career until last year, Nuss had a problem over throwing receivers. As soon as I saw him underthrow receivers multiple times, it was very obvious that he was hurt.
re: Different world. 2022 took zero out of the portal. 2026, took nine and it's still least

Typical Georgia fan living in the past.

I guess they really saw room for improvement last year.
re: Honestly, the SEC really hasn’t felt the same since 2012 with the A&M and Mizzou additions
Posted by madddoggydawg on 9/8/26 at 7:36 pm to Paul Allen
Adding UT and OU was a horrible decision. Too hard to get through the conference with a good enough record to make the playoffs, when strength of schedule means less than the record. So what does Sankey do? Add a 9th conference game. Dumb.

quote:yeah that was my thing. I can’t see how that wouldn’t breach the contract that they made with ESPN, which is the most important thing in the whole conference, and it would cease to exist without it.
While LSU would likely do well as an independent, existing SEC contract would likely complicate things with ABC/ESPN.*

I totally agree with OP. If Wright looked better, play him. Watkins was good and the other 2 weren't. Timing can get better but just because they were a good get in the portal doesn't mean they'll produce for us. If they can't get open let's move on.
re: I don't think we should roster them

When did we start arguing this. We have to roster them so just move on.

quote:Dae’quan knows the terminology of the offense and has been practicing all week so I’m not sure where you get this from. Also it’s clear that the legal process was coordinated so they could be on the roster game 1.
If added to roster they have not enough practice time if any to do any good in your game.

The Jeremy Hill "team vote" brought the drama. And then Les still suspended him for a half :dunno:. Also the Honey Badger getting kicked off the team and watching the game from the stands was awful.

Nah it opens the door for any player that was cut and can be signed under the 5 for 5 umbrella.
Given the precedence it would take almost zero time for them to get an injunction granted as well.

Actually the TRO is only for 15 players so it wouldn't mean anyone besides them are eligible.

Even when he was here he was "ahead of his time" in a paradoxical way but had he kept Crowton and had Perriloux not gotten hurt he may have kept rolling. If you look back at the 2007 National Championship game, we were running 2 different offenses. Crowton's shotgun and Les's I-formation, which I would wager was the primary reason Crowton left or was pushed out. It may have worked when they mixed it up and afterwards the toss-dive was effective for a few years, but teams figured it out and you needed a perfect defense.
He let Cam run the offense for a few games in 2013 but we still scaled back the pass due to our secondary being under-par that year. And even when we had Jamarcus and Mett we were sloppy and unprepared for a lot of games.

Coaches following the analytics blows my mind
Posted by madddoggydawg on 8/29/26 at 2:38 pm
TCU inside the 10 down 5 late in the 3rd, in the rain, in a low-scoring game, but goes for it on 4th and 1 and gets stuffed. So naturally they end up having to go for it still down 5 in the 4th and throw an incompletion, losing the game by 5 points.
I think people forget that the analytics don’t care if you win the game or not. These veteran coaches grow up their whole lives knowing that if you’re down by less than 7 and you’re having trouble scoring that you should give your team a chance and take the points, but they bow down to their AI overlords and lose the game. I can’t take it!
