Get rid of Missouri and Kentucky - Those states were not part of the confederacy and not considered "the South." Damn Yankees.
Add UNC, Virginia, Texas, and NC State. Balanced strength of teams and teams that are in states that were part of the confederacy.
East:
Virginia
UNC
NC State
Florida
Georgia
South Carolina
Tennessee
Vanderbilt
West:
Alabama
Auburn
Ole Miss
Mississippi State
LSU
Arkansas
Texas
Texas A&M
Make the confederate flag part of the SEC logo.
frick everyone else.
Problem solved and we can call ourselves the true "SEC."

Kentucky is a founding member.

They were also the first president of the conference.
They also provided the person who was the early architect of the current conference
They also carry the conference in basketball
(not surprising OP is a noob Gator)

UK is a charter member.
Confederate flag symbolizes slavery. Black athletes wont be too happy to play under that flag.

There are way more southerners in Kentucky than in Florida.

Yankees in KY = Line Beards
Yankees in FL = most of the bottom 2/3 of the state

There's probably 15-20 times more people in Florida, dipshit

While we're at it let's just call the divisions Lee and Jackson.

That's the problem with the world. That flag represents so much else but we want to single out the small portion of slavery and throw a symbol of our history in the trash

And that's one of the few ways out, as a charter member. Leave on your own. Suwannee and Georgia Tech did the same.

I'm actually surprised this isn't getting more support.
Millenials just don't know, I guess.

So do you also believe Andrew Jackson would have prevented the Civil War?

So does the swastika, but the negatives outweigh the positives at a certain point.

The Confederacy is dead. This is the United States.
Now go play in traffic in your white hood.

Sewanne left on their own
Georgia Tech coach pulled them out. This would not happen today.
