You have to just go out a live your life. When I did my first deployment my ex wife left me when I still had three months left in country. Plus she used my money to pay for her boyfriends car payment and his rent. You just have to suck it up and move on. Life is a bitch sometimes an you just have to adapt and overcome. You need to move on because she apparently has and the longer you sulk in it the worse it will be. Jody is a a-hole and he snatched your girl just like he did mine and many others.
Go buy some beer ,listen to some Hank Sr., cry and get it out of your system.

It gets better... For some reason some relationships aren't meant to work out... I dated a girl for 5 years, we were inseparable, traveled the country together and had amazing times the whole 5 years... 6 months before we were going to marry we came to the the conclusion that we wanted different things in life... we loved each other very much and were best friends, but at the end of the day we wanted different outcomes in this life... Over the next several months we talked it out and understood it would be best to go our different ways.. It was extremely hard and I didn't think or feel like I would recover but over time the pain subsided and eventually I met my wife... Now I'm married with two kids with a woman that I know I'll love and spend the rest of my life with... I feel your pain and I know it sucks, but it will get better.

So this bitch came over to your house and let you "hold" her even though yall have been broken up a month and you're clearly miserable over it? That's about as coldhearted as it gets right there.

Heartbreak is understandable. But you have some real soul searching to do if it brings you to the point that you're at. Life goes on. Bad shite happens sometimes. Learn to love yourself and accept that you can obtain happiness and contentment without being intimately tied to another person.

On the off chance this is a serious post (extremely doubtful given your post history ), chin up, ST. It's gonna suck for awhile, but this, too, shall pass

Don't do anything drastic, and find you a gal down for some rebound sex ASAP.
