Ahhh, so our NIL funds were used to secure Moby as our in-game DJ.

Is it me, or does Brown seem to be limping at times? Maybe he just has a strange gait
quote:Yeah, but he could have got the 1st with his feet. Would have liked a little bit better throw there when he had room to run...but not going to complain too much over a TD
What a ballsy call.

Would have been better had he not intercepted it, but this gives Brown more passing plays to practice on

Yeah, the reviews are mixed, but for $20, these are throw-away boots.

He also said no tax on overtime. I’ll believe it when I see it…… on my check.

quote:Piggybacking on Jones' advice, make sure you and Mrs. Thumb talk with your son a few days prior to the visit so that he can get his questions in order. There might be some things he's hesitant to ask that y'all can step in and ask the "dumb questions". These recruiters are going to shift to coaches sooner than later, so now is the time to get your questions in.
He’s committed, so there should be less pressure for an outcome of the visit.
This is probably the most time you’re ever gonna have 1:1 with the coach, so make sure you have your questions lined up. Who does he go to when he’s in trouble, how much access does he have to training and medical staff, how does the staff communicate/relay info to parents. Do you have any restrictions accessing him, etc. you might know all of that already.
In-home visits are supposed to be more informal and more comfortable because they are on your turf. Expectations are up to you, but it’s nice they’re doing it when you’re committed and it’s a great opportunity to build a relationship
As others have said, best of luck to your son and congrats. He’s in the top 1% of HS athletes and has put himself in position to be very successful. And congrats to you! Those credits add up
I'm sure y'all already asked, but make sure whatever credits he'll be earning at Holmes will transfer to major universities.
Congrats and good luck

There is something new for 2025 for it but can’t really make sense of it.
You need to get the custodial parent to fill out Form 8332 (regardless of what is in a divorce decree, this form supersedes any legal agreement in the eyes of the IRS). Then you have to meet all the normal requirements of the CTC.

It's a good idea though. We need Tubbs to funnel some fed money into an NGO that funds our NIL
