He obviously has some kind of issue with his ankle or foot, and I want to assume it's minor...then again, he's been playing in the scrimmages and reports have said he wasn't limping or anything, so why wear the boot? Extra precaution, I assume? It's not like Alabama would need him against Virginia Tech anyways.

Did you see him getting off the plane after the national title game? Dude was the walking wounded, from the Mississippi State injury. Not as bad as Barret Jones. Guy came off the field last year after games in crutches. Some fighters.
