A lot of people assuming Bama loses to UGA.

As bad as our offense has been lately... I still think we win a close game.

You can’t beat Georgia
We couldn’t beat Georgia but we played them close enough that it’s a W on our playoff resume
But we’re a lot better than Bama so even if you lose but don’t lose like we did you won’t get to claim it as a W like we can

I went with Bama in my pick em. Georgia is a different team since they played but don’t count out Alabama when a championship is on the line.

Georgia has a good D, there's no question about that, but their offense isn't built for a scoring shootout.
In spite of the score in our game with Georgia, that wasn't due to an offensive explosion by Stockton and company. Hell, in their last game he only threw for like 70 yards or something like that?
If Bama can contain Georgia's ground game and outsmart Kirby's defense then the Championship goes to the tide.
Just to be clear, I really don't care who wins this game, neither outcome truly moves the needle on our chances of making the playoffs

If UGA were going to beat Bama this year I'd think it would have been at home, but who knows what happens.

I don’t know any UGA fans that still expect UGA to beat Bama. May happen and it’ll be a joyous occasion but at this point it’s just a mental thing….Alabama expects to win, UGA expects to be competitive and maybe win. Hope I am wrong but I have to see it to believe it.

Almost everyone I've seen expects it to be a slugfest with Georgia as a (rightful) slight favorite.

I just assume that y'all will win a close heartbreaker until we prove otherwise. Doesn't mean I don't think we can do it. Doesn't mean I don't think that a UGA win isn't possible.
Just that I have zero expectations and will be pleasantly surprised with a Dawg win. I know they have it in them, and I'd love for it to be lopsided in Georgia's favor.
