Two primary conditions for me this time around.
1. Absolutely no retreads.
2. Someone who has SEC experience in some way, whether it’s as HC, assistant or even as a GA. Need someone who understands SEC and the recruiting beast it is.

I make Kiffin say no. Key as backup. I dont really have a 3rd. Everyone else I would like to hear an explanation from Cohen on why I need to invest the next 3 years of support to.

I just want us to go away from the hugh/gus coaching style. I want us to be tough nosed and play with energy. I’d go get that dude from Texas a&m that came from LSU. We need a culture change on offense and maybe the football team as a whole.
