Thank sweet baby Jesus we have basketball to fall back on. We look really good. I’m not pumping a NC right now. It’s a long season and anything can happen. The eye test right now though, says we’re very, very good.

I just appreciate the fact they played so poorly for over half of the game, but once they started clicking, they ran away with it.

Good teams find ways to win when they're having a bad day. I'm excited.

We scores 85 points in roughly 28 minutes tonight.

I don’t want to get too excited considering our other recent preseason successes but man this one just feels different.

Cal is well trained in coach speak, so when he says we are ahead of where we should be, you know that means something.

Coaches are trained from birth to hedge.

I probably need to temper my expectations too, but I feel like Thomas could be a household name by the end of the year. That release on his shot is special. Jump off the screen athleticism to go with it.

What stands out to me is that it feels like we finally have reliable 3 point shooting. That’s held us back for several years. Still early obviously but it does feel different.

Only negatives were the first what 10 minutes, free throw shooting, the refs calling everything in a charity preseason game, and that color commentator. Meleek Thomas and Billy Richmond coming on as 6th men is not fair.

Definitely didn’t feel like an exhibition game. Crowd and play were both intense. Winning aside just enjoyable to watch a team execute and play at a high level.

Penny admitted when he started subbing thats when it really went downhill. I think that is what makes us different this year. We have had a good 5 but the drop-off when they came out was noticeable. Now we have 9-10 that can play legit ball. Teams cant survive a wave any longer. The wave just keeps coming. We also have enough pieces to mix and match without dropoff.

We went small last night after we got down and Memphis couldn’t hang. Then went back to doing what we normally do after we got the lead back.

Its ok, expectations for this team should definitely be sky high. They're loaded top to bottom. Its one of those teams that can afford 2 or 3 players having an off night in one game, and letting others carry the load. We didnt have that last year.

They do a good job of sharing the ball and finding the open man. The defense looks good as well. Pringle could have had a big night if he had stayed out of foul trouble, I really like him. Good to see Ewin step up as well.

Yep. He bent over backwards to let everyone know the team sucked last year and we made the Sweet 16.

Ewin was just playing his game. He's like JT Toppin in that he finds ways to score around the basket. He's a smart player, but just not very physical and that's where Pringle excels.

Ewin and Thomas are both players who will use unconventional methods to put the ball in the basket.

Most talented Razorback team ever. It’s not close.

Better shoot some free throws. There will come a day when they matter.
