That thread about best player ever made me realize how rare it is for a player to be inducted into both the College Football Hall of Fame and NFL Hall of Fame. Alabama only has four.

It would be two for Mizzou: Kellen Winslow and Roger Wehrli.

Jerry Jones and Lance Alworth off the top of my head.
Lance Alworth is the only person in the Arkansas Sports Hall of Fame, Mississippi Sports Hall of Fame, College Football Hall of Fame, and the Pro Football Hall of Fame.
Brookhaven, MS native but Vaught wouldn't allow married players.
Edit - Didn't realize both college and pro was required. Jerry is not in CFB HOF.

In 10-15 years Burrow and maybe Jefferson will join that list. Chase only played two seasons but he’s definitely worthy.

I went to the same HOF site and sorted by school. Looks like the list you posted might be missing the most recent class(s).
