He seems to relate to the girls that age pretty well.

He’s not going to. It will be an NFL approach where the GM is primarily responsible for player acquisition (obviously with CBB’s oversight).
Gonna be an interesting experiment that could alter the sport if successful. Will be interesting to watch.

Ewwww. I don’t think that’d happen but unc has the money to nil and a fast growing state full of talent. If bill convinces saban back in the band they’d instantly compete. Fat josh Dabo Franklin and little shane gonna catch hell as is just having to explain why a recruit would be better with them than nfl legend.

I don’t think this matters at all in the nil era. I do wonder how his style will translate. Will it be too complicated to run? And too vanilla dumbed down. Pete Carroll always claimed he could only do half installments of his Defense bc college guys weren’t there long enough

Probably not, but I never thought I'd see Belichick coaching college this year either.
And if there was anyone who could get Saban to do it it's Belichick.
I think it's a remote possibility even if unlikely and I'm not going to rule it out completely until Belichick names a DC.

Mark my words, he will have the Heels in contention in short order. Having a college football program ran as an NFL model will be the new wave. Kids have NIL now, but if your wanting to create value for yourself for the future then as a player you want to be in a place that gets the most out of your value.
It's just the way things will be done in the future.
