Two weeks? How hard is it to find a giraffe?
I’m pretty sure I read a news article this morning about two giraffes being found a year later after being missing from a Virginia zoo.
re: Any cold cases where you live?

I live south of Nashville, but the Tabitha Tuders case keeps me awake some nights. Elizabeth Cook wrote a song about her and the lyrics get to me every time I hear it.

Reggie Kelly. Good enough to play 13 years in NFL but caught 29 career catches because we didn’t understand how to use him in our offense.

Same here. They do great for yard work and have lasted for years.

is it any good?
I don’t eat pizza often. Marco’s is the newest pizza establishment in my town. After trying it, my first instant thought was how much better it tasted than Domino’s. I haven’t been back to Domino’s since. Tried Little Ceaser’s once and couldn’t finish it, it was so bad.

Windshield ~ Greensky Bluegrass
This version with the incomparable Holly Bowling is crazy good!
“There's a secret in the basement, I can feel it through the floor
I don't think this heart can take the weight of deception anymore
Cry out in helpless agony for the broken memories
And things I thought that I would never be”

You probably fantasize about being touched by Josh Hokit.
re: What’s the most physical altercations you’ve witnessed at a sporting event?
Posted by morganwadefan on 6/19/26 at 12:28 pm to Paul Allen
Philly. Tailgating before Eagles Cowboys game. Someone broke a sawhorse over a dude’s head. The cops arrived same time as another guy picked up a concrete block. I thought that guy was about to die.

I do too. Enjoy him talking to the players live before games. He was cracking me up last week when they were talking about the 3rd base coach that was in the field of play with a runner coming in to 3B. The other guy was in the radio was wanting to move on and discuss something else and Harold was getting loud like, wait a minute, that’s not right! Harold knows baseball and I appreciate his insight.
re: What is better and more coveted: Wrigley Field or Fenway Park?

Fenway felt like hallowed ground to me. Also cool seeing Clemens pitching there in the early ‘90’s.

It’s heartbreaking that more people don’t understand the dangers of marketplace transactions. She’s not the first and certainly won’t be the last to suffer that unfortunate fate.
re: How close have you come to seeing regular season history?
Posted by morganwadefan on 6/14/26 at 7:11 pm to MSUDawg98
I was blessed to see the Thrill’s home run off Ryan in the dome. Being a lifelong MSU/Astros fan, it was a surreal moment.

I experienced a fall from the top of a ladder with a running chainsaw and was impaled by some type of limb that missed my jewels by less than an inch.
re: Do you have life insurance? Who is the beneficiary?

My beneficiary will be the animal shelter for my county and I am funding a softball scholarship at MSU.

30 years at USPS I got a little pin. Not complaining though, I know we’re not in the best financial situation.
re: Who knew that Tesla has expanded into Africa?
Posted by morganwadefan on 6/6/26 at 9:02 pm to TrueTiger
I’m too much of a music nerd. As soon as I read that, I thought it was pretty wild it took 40 years for Africans to hear Modern Day Cowboy live.

Little Rock is coached by former All-SEC catcher and MSU alum, Chris Curry.

Best of luck in OKC
Our pitchers have been known to give up bombs and our hitting disappears at times. I just hope we keep it respectable so it will hopefully help in recruiting as the program continues to trend upward.

We’re also hosting a fan event at Toby’s bar in OKC. It’s all good. Never was meant to disrespect the standard, which is OU. Both teams prayed together after our super regional, unlike whatever that was going on in Gainesville.
