Diego and Garrett should be higher but not a bad list. The top is crowded for sure

6 out of the top 10 players in the Heisman odds are SEC quarterbacks. Rarely has the SEC been this deep at quarterback.

Which typically means that the conference will have a better OOC record and bowl record, because the SEC has had some serious clunkers in recent years.

I think this is going to look a lot different at the end of the year. Jackson Arnold will not be the 9th best in the league, my guess is top 6. I also do not think Ewers will be top 2.

How can you rank QBs who have never had any significant playing time?

Brock was simply stuck behind phenoms at QB when at Georgia. All reports of him from Georgia coaching and players support the fact that we have someone waiting to shine, and I suspect with our receiving corps, he will finish at the top portion of the list.

I think Shapen will be better than expected and I don't think Ewers will be top 2.

If mertz really is the 10th best qb in the conference this may be the most loaded the SEC has ever been

This ranking is just like preseason team rankings....only someone's estimation. That's why one can rank QB's just the same.

Vandagriff is a loaded QB.....gosh, sorely wished he had stayed at UGA. You 'Cats got a good one.

The absolute best you could put him at is 13 so that's not too far off.

Weigman has the potential to be No 1. by a long shot on that list, but we still don't know enough about his consistency. I think #6 is appropriate, for now.

False He has thrown for way too many TDs and passing yards to be passed by inexperienced players.

Dart will finish 1st in pass yards -

Beck will finish 1st in pass TD & wins -

Lavalamp will finish 1st in Joe Milton hype -

Mertz will finish 1st in pass rating -

Cook will finish 1st in times sacked & fumbles -

Yewers will finish 1st in fewest games played -

the rest will all be a mixed bag of good/bad -
