September28....Could be a turning point for your program's history. You can live to fight another day.

Or it could be THE most crushing loss in Georgia history yes I said it. Even worse than Tua to Smith because of the long term effects.

That game vs Alabama on the road is a must win. You have to have it. Lose, and your coach is a putrid 1-6 vs Alabama and 0-1 vs De Boer. You can't spin that. People are noticing and recruits will too. Bags of drug money or no.

Lose, and you still have road trips ahead to Texas and Ole Miss . You could be facing a three loss season. No Atlanta. No playoffs.

With a record like that vs Alabama and a failed season(worse case I admit) you Leghumpers are not going to stand for that no matter what you say now. Will your fair haired boy Coach Bamabitch (that's what he will be admit it) be on the hot seat?

Win, and you beat a team you should beat. The rest of the conference will let out a sigh of relief. Lose? It means your program starts a tailspin and the Godzilla of the SEC IS STILL The King.

It's funny to watch bama fans of all people accuse OTHER programs of cheating. It's even more amusing when they're accusing a program run by Saban's number one pupil with other Saban coaches on staff.

Yes, that loss really crippled their program.

Blah blah blah You could have made that read much shorter. Why not just say “ Georgia is always on my mind” :)

I am so sorry that Saban retired. But my own father's death did not affect me like this.

Other than the hype it will receive, it’s actually fairly irrelevant, given the 12 team playoff. It’s certainly not a must win.

This is a very LSUstephen17 thread

With the 12 team playoff, that game doesn't matter at all for UGA. UGA can afford to lose 2 games and still be a lock for the playoff, so the importance of all regular season games becomes much less than it used to be.

UGA isn't measuring themselves against Bama. They're measuring themselves with making the playoff and winning national titles. If the 12 team playoff had been in effect his whole coaching career, Smart would have made the playoff every season he was at UGA other than his first.

That likely isn't going to change in the near future, which means the results of any one regular season game simply won't matter. It doesn't matter if they lose 1 game to Bama, Florida or Texas. What matters is making the playoff and winning once they get there. A deep playoff run or national title erases any negatives from a regular season result.

The alternative to this is that Bama would have another early season loss and not make it to Atlanta.

LSU could easily be undefeated going into the November 9th matchup.

Great how you're projecting the downturn of your program onto another program.
You Bama fans are the ultimate front-runners.

Alabama finished with 3 losses in 2010. Saban proceeded to win 5 natties over the next 10 years.

Somehow, UGA fans could find a way to live with that lol.

Sorry, your program isn't measured by championships... you aren't there yet lmao.

And you're right, we've never heard jokes about 1980/blue balls etc. Most people aren't aware of that insight into the UGA fanbase, so I applaud you for your special thinking

This is at least the 4th time you’ve made this or a similar thread. If you are very worried, just say so.
