BS. NFL programs don't wait 30 days for something silly like a 30 day transfer portal rule

I agree. The whole thing sounds made up. A local sportswriter on Twitter. People will believe anything these days.

Especially people who are so desperate to see AL fail. Almost cult like.

Don’t get me wrong, I’d love to see AL go 5-6 for the next 10 years. Haha!

"More money in college"? Mabe for HC's & some coordinators, but as a whole, no way. Then factor in the longer & more aggravating hrs a college coach has to put in over 11 + mths. During the off / recruiting seasons, some college coaches, at all levels, can be on the road over night days at a time.

I would imagine Bama’s access to top recruits has become very limited because of this.

This just proves what everyone already thought. DeBoer was only a good get if he kept Grubs.

Snowflake taking snowflake jabs. Just be honest and tell everyone it hurts your feelings for Bama to get exposed. It has to be soul crushing knowing you can’t have the unfair advantages anymore.

There’s more money in college. NFL would be a great accomplishment but college is where it’s at.

Yea a college coordinator probably makes a little more money but I’m talking long term. Do you want to one day be a college HC in this environment or NFL?

Have no problem with it. You have to game the system to get ahead with how it is now. If players have an issue with it, sit out

Agree here as well. If there was any gamesmanship then players better get used to it. They want to be professionals who can transfer anywhere they want for a dollar more. Expect to be treated like professionals then. The NFL doesn’t give free agents a heads up that they might change coordinators, offensive scheme, sign a different QB, etc.

They got double fricked…Saban retires day after they all get to campus, Grubb splits right after 30 day window. Gotta be a great way to get these kids to buy in
