What would change about your alma mater?

I wish LSU weren’t held back by Louisiana bullshite. The politics that are behind the university have wasted so much potential. Things are changing, but the school could be so much more with decent leadership.
And our melting pot of a fan base. We have the best and worst fans warped into a great STTDB chant but I can tip my ole miss brethren for trying to be classy

If whoever is in charge of South Carolina athletics can shift gamecock football into a program focused on winning rather than just being profitable and being a big social event which it has been my entire life then we might have potential to be a really good football program. There’s no incentive for them to improve because at the end of the day they’re still making money hand over fist regardless if we are 10-2 or 2-10 due to some misguided loyalty to the program.

Everyone has dumb fans but we seem to have more than most

I’d tear down Kimpel Hall.
It needs done, but they just won’t do it.

The desire to be an Atlanta suburb.

Wish Alabama was the only team in Alabama in the SEC, and auburn was in Georgia.

The two percent of our fanbase that are just complete idiots. Aggies have a great history, unmatched loyalty to the school and each other, a great university dedicated to educating the kids of Texas, conservative values..degrees with value and the Aggie network…yet we have a small number of mouthy idiots that just need to STFU.

I wish UGA had an astronomy program.

I wish Auburn had stayed the smaller hometown feel as it did 20 years ago. I know that evolution tends to growth but it isn't even remotely close to the same place I went to school to. I don't think I would even go to Auburn for school now. Troy has more of that feel now than Auburn does.

I just wish the OU admin would realize that hard-on the NCAA has for us doesn’t matter anymore. We’ve self-reported for unimaginably stupid reasons.

The pussy WAOM fans. New era in CFB, recent natty in baseball, and we have three top end coaches in football, baseball, and basketball. Instead of enjoying it, it's constant waiting for the WAOM moment for a lot of OM fans.

It’s happening (albeit 40 years later than it should have), but Mizzou is finally accepting the reality that investing in its athletic programs is good for the university. We wasted a lot of years and opportunities trying to downplay and diminish sports because the leadership and faculty absolutely loathed football and thought they could push Mizzou upstream academically if sports were not costing a big chunk of the budget.
It’s probably not a coincidence that Mizzou is experiencing its best year ever for undergraduate applications immediately after an 11-win season capped off with a Cotton Bowl victory over Ohio State.

Tear down Dorman Hall and expand the Junction green space with some type of plaza to enhance the best tailgating scene (that is right in the shadow of the stadium) in the SEC.
Yes others have a larger over all tailgates and The Grove is great but State has the best tailgating that is literally at the stadium in The Junction.

They have fixed a lot of issues since I was on campus. The campus is still very large though, and dorms were generally on the outskirts of town.
When you are a student block seating for the various Greek societies was frustrating at football games. Guessing that is still an issue as tickets became even harder to get

I wish Bama would put more emphasis on STEM degrees. We have way too many useless liberal arts majors. Also wish we would up our standards to get in and partner with a community college to get the lower score students enrolled there and then they can transfer to UA after proving they can handle college

Do away with the corporate white tents that take up all the good tailgate areas and go back to allowing tailgating on campus starting on Wednesday of game week (aka, The Good Ole Days).

I wish LSU would invest in its MBB program, but it will never happen.
