Makes sense. Hopefully it doesn’t raise prices too much. The $8k new home buyer credit that Obama implemented didn’t make a difference in house prices from what I remember when I bought my first house
Did I miss something? Are we being forced to pay 50 year mortgages? Are the 15 and 30 going away? Are they taking away refinancing at lower rates?

is there a way to come up with an agreement for the Republicans agree to extend the subsidies for low income families and tell those that make a certain percentage over the poverty rate to nut up and get marketplace health insurance?

You know I make fun of my own state (AL) for having old football players and coaches taking over politics here, but how in the hell does NYC have these morons as options? They can't provide better candidates than these asshats?
I hope they do offer that to him and honestly I hope Saban would take it. I guarantee you the Bama fanbase will not act like little bitches that LSU has over the past 18 years.

Premiums are out of control because there is no competition between insurance providers because they know the government will pay any difference between insured and provider. That is the main issue with the ACA subsidy. People making over 400% poverty rate are taking advantage of the subsidies when they can afford to pay for the marketplace insurance. If you knew that you could provide a service and also knew that person couldn't afford to pay you but the government can and will, then you would jump at the chance to charge whatever the hell you want. Insurance companies have insane profits

My biggest gripe about the whole playoff thing. Actual college towns miss out on a whole lot of money by not getting to host all because the team is the top 4

Some of you guys forget how bad the sanctions were at Alabama at that time. The only consolation prize some of those guys got was to go to Hawaii at the end of the season and one of those years getting beat
