Bond is far down the list of problems as of today.
We're roughly 45 hours into this. What are the problems today?

Guys, Byrne might just not be up for this. This is not Arizona. If he doesn’t stop the bleeding by the end of the weekend, it’s time to get a new AD.
Unless you want Tommy Rees, this will take time. Anyone leaving before the coach is picked was probably leaving regardless

I’m ok with any hire as long as we bring on Trooper Taylor and Coach O.

I wouldn’t want CUM if it came with a National Championship guarantee. That’s not who we are.
Some of you guys act like we are trying to find a new preacher for the local church. Don’t be so judgmental. For all we know CUM and his wife have an open marriage. It’s not for me but to each their own.
I want a guy who’s going to win and stay for at least 10 years. CUM could definitely fit that mold.

You know how hard it has been for me to not do a Trooper Taylor joke? It is one of the few names I thought was a bridge to far.

Norvell got a raise. Steve Sarkisian is working on one.
Sexton probably called Texas and FSU from our offices. That's why he was there so late.

Yea, it’s not like he loses controls and lets psychopaths on his team that may murder someone in 10 years.

Exactly. I'm not looking for a preacher... I'm looking for a winning coach that meets the criteria I laid out. Urban would seem to fit.

Meyer hasn't made it past five years anywhere he's been. Maybe he did 6 at OSU. If you want a decade of service, he's not your guy.

We haven't had a mass murderers either. So we got that going for us, which is nice.

Lol. We had Rolando. I love Rolando but he could’ve easily ended up like Aaron Hernandez.
This is a very weak argument to not higher a coach that has won National championships at both of his major jobs. He’s not number one on my list but I’m certain all the players will stay and we will win a lot if he’s the hire.
