How can the court stop their entering? There is no due process issue for them.
Biden administration decided to not enforce immigration laws... And this was allowed to happen.

Damn, fricking laws
The problem with your line of thinking is the law prevents these people from entering in the first place.
If one side can intentionally flood our country with illegal aliens, in opposition to the law, and the other side can't remove them, we don't have laws.
You are advocating for the death of our nation.
This may very well be the best thing said on this board today.

What the hell? Are we that screwed in this country that we can't fix the mess because the courts won't let it be fixed?

Isn't their entire economy built on cheap knockoffs of American made products? What is changing?
May be the way it started, but many American companies source good from China because there isn't an alternative made in the US anymore.

I've heard rumor about a QB leaving. Can't keep a stable of 3 starters... I get that.

Waff here in Huntsville posted almost the exact same... Word for word.
Let's circle back on the Epstein list... What's the latest?

Bondi really botched that... What's the latest? I haven't heard anything in the news since end of February.

re: How many people understand what happened yesterday with Trump's 90 day pause on tariffs?

Many claim Trump caved. Many claim Trump was concerned about negative pubic opinion on a plunging stock market, many claim Trump was concerned about the bond market, etc.
All of this^^^^ could be true but something Trump's 90 day pause exposed was which countries are siding with the US/West and which countries are saddling up with the CCP.
I'm calling bs. Public opinion was not on his side. All the gains from exposing fraud waste and abuse were being over shadowed by the markets and tariffs. Nobody even talked about the jobs report... And it was good. Inflation going down... Crickets.
re: China and the EU have begun negotiations to eliminate EU tariffs on Chinese EVs

This is what I was saying the other day.... We raise tariffs too much and a cheaper competitor will take the business. This is very simple...
Psst... It's ok to disagree with Trump and still be a Trump supporter
Posted by bamabonners on 4/10/25 at 1:21 pm
I've been called all sorts of madness because I disagree with the handling of the tariffs. News flash, you can disagree and still be a supporter. Some of y'all sound like the rabid folks on the left that we love to laugh at. There are sheep that blindly follow on both sides of the Isle...
re: Is the goal of the tariffs to negotiate free trade deals or is it to onshore jobs?

It’s both….they aren’t mutually exclusive, because with some industries the goal is on shoring, with others it’s free trade/better terms…the status quo is no more.
That's exactly what we already had. tariffs on some items and free trade on others.
Trump reversed course... Let's not try to spin this.
Posted by bamabonners on 4/10/25 at 9:39 am
He saw what it was doing to the economy and people and companies were not on board with it, so he paused. China will simply back their tariffs off and we return to where we were.
He fricked up, realized it, and then reversed course. Let's not call this anything other than what it really was.

Had me fooled... He played China. Markets are going nuts and China sitting there holding their tariffs.
