If bama bias is a hoax then why respond at all? Especially when it’s so obviously a hoax. According to you. The fact is that bama responds with hysterics because deep down they know it’s true.

So why do LSU fans start crying when anyone says that 2019 LSU isn't the best team ever? Why respond at all? Is it because you know deep down it is true?

It's wild to me ppl actually believe this shite. It's one thing to use it as ammo to troll and another thing to believe it's reality.

Jfc. Glad I joined the rant. Entertainment value is through the roof.

Don't forget the block in the back against LSU last year that sprung their winning TD drive.
Clemson running pick plays to score 2 TD's in National championship game.

It's why we've had 6 touchdowns called back this year so far. It's also why we never lose. Oh, wait...

Refs are biased for Bama

Then why did Bama lose two games last year?

Because the refs called it square in those two games

But why would they call it square in those two games if they are biased?

Something something Birmingham

The test is calls/non calls on “judgment” penalties like holding, pass interference and roughing the passer. Bama seems to always benefit from those judgment calls at critical points in the game and this will not show on total statistical comparison. I don’t know how to research this but I bet when these particular calls are considered, bama wins every time. This is the crux of the bama bias thing. Can anyone prove me wrong?

So your argument is based on intangible factors that you admit you don't even know how to research, and you are asking us if we can prove YOU wrong?

Ok - let’s consider this objectively.

Why would SEC refs be bias for Bama?

- payola? Possibly. But are other SEC teams so poor that can’t ante up? Perhaps. Cheating has never been beyond LSU, Tenn, etc.
- Reputation of the conference. Is Bama better marketing for the SEC: less blemishes, weird traditions, questionable culture? Likely.
- Or, is the ref bias argument an excuse for losing to Bama. Highly likely.

If the SEC officiating office was in New Orleans and all the refs were from Baton Rouge and New Orleans you might understand. It is very real.

Moving the SEC officiating office to NO hits on point 2 - it’s about the reputation of the SEC, so that would never happen.

Even if all the conditions above were met, you left out one key factor. LSU beating Bama more way more often than not. If Bama still beat LSU, you would still make up this conspiracy of Refs working against you.

Square? The refs gave Alabama a free TD last year in the TN game. 3rd & goal and Bryce threw it out of the back of the end zone. The Bama WR grabs the DB and threw him into another defender and we get called for PI. It was an insane call that gave you a first down right at the end zone

The refs weren’t fair last year just like most years. When teams beat Bama it isn’t because the refs are suddenly fair. Teams just have to be that much better to overcome

I know this is going to be hard for you, but I want you to try and think: if the refs were so intent on Alabama beating Tennessee last year, then why did they throw the PI flag that negated the interception that would have pretty much salted the game away for us? That was a judgment call at a critical point of the game, and the premise of this thread is that those kinds of calls break 100% for Bama.

No one is saying Bama gets 100% of the judgement calls. Of course they don’t. Bama just gets the clear majority of questionable calls. And every fanbase has noticed this.

I know this maybe hard to hear, but I want you to try to think: why does every fanbase that’s plays you regularly say the exact same thing about Bama and the refs? What’s more likely? That everyone else is wrong or that you’re wrong?

I already explained this in a post earlier in this very thread.
