re: The Dem Pivot on the MN Shooter

The shorter had a kill list of Democratic politicians who supported abortion

quote:

An official who saw the list told Axios it includes prominent individuals who support abortion rights in Minnesota, including many Democratic lawmakers who have been outspoken about those policy positions.

LINK

Guy assassinates a Democrat, shoots another, and has a list of pro-abortion Dems and you think he’s left-wing? How stupid are you people
quote:

Nashvilles was like 30 people and it fizzled out quick

It was like 10,000 in Nashville

Knoxville had over 7,000. I get you want to lie about it, but calling 10,000 plus “like 30 people” just makes you look like a dumbass
The two active threads on the first page were anchored and the dead thread on the second thread with the biased subject line wasn’t. Got it.

You need a new mod on that board. It’s obvious that it’s being buried because the victim was a Democrat.
Why is the political board mod anchoring these? Is it because the victim was a Democrat?
And the threads about it are being anchored. This place is a joke
There are two threads about this and both are being anchored. Why?

Yup these 2 Dems voted against giving adult foreign illegals free healthcare. So for all those assuming it was some white nationalist… You’re wrong and you shouldn’t be surprised.

Wrong. The Rep who was assassinated voting against and the Senator who was shot voted for it. Both Democrats. There’s also a list of other targets.

The killer had a police uniform and had clearly been planning this for a while. Yesterdays vote likely had nothing to do with the shootings.

No the frick he didnt. Joker is incredible.

If I had a vote I’d go Joker too, but I’m not going to fault someone for voting for SGA. He did have a great season

That being said, what Indiana is pulling off is incredible.
quote:

i think chet and carusso makes this team great. SGA could still carry a team by himself but there is something missing. He is great dont get me wrong.

I don’t disagree at all. I think OKC is a perfect example of the sum being better than the part. SGA had a great season though and I have no problem with him winning MVP.
quote:

It’s amazing how SGA is allowed that push off move, but he is money on those midrange shots

SGA is an incredible offensive player and he absolutely deserved the MVP. But a lot of his game consists of him initiating contacting and getting the foul. He’s the master of it. He gets fouls that shouldn’t be fouls.

Now that it’s the finals the refs have seemed to cut down on that and OKC is falling back to Earth.
quote:

If the other was flagrant, that is flagrant

Absolutely
quote:

Scott Foster coming through for OKC so far

Scott Foster is determined to extend this series lol
quote:

It’ll crush OKC in 2 years when they start having to sign all these guys to long term deals.

Doesn’t OKC ownership have a reputation for being a little cheap? I don’t think they are going to sign all these guys to long term deals. Their window is basically now
quote:

It's why people are fleeing Davidson County for Williamson, Wilson, and Sumter.

People move from Davidson County to Wilson and Sumter because they are too poor to stay in Davidson County
Wait, I thought we wanted money from other countries to flow into ours? Foreign students pump a lot of money from other countries into our economy

Incorrect. Both Political sides in Russia view Ukraine in NATO as a red line. I had Grok do an Analysis to educate you.

Thanks for asking AI to try to educate me when you don’t even seem to understand the point I was making - in Russia you aren’t allowed to be a powerful politician and publicly oppose Putin on something so important as Russia’s relationship with the West and Russia’s sphere of influence. Politicians who amass power and don’t fall in line are killed. Reporters that are critical of Putin are killed.

The only way a leader of Russia could possibly publicly challenge how Russia deals with the West is after Putin is dead. Period.
quote:

Incorrect. Everyone in Russia agrees that NATO/EU control of Ukraine is an existential threat to Russia.

No, not everyone in Russia agreed on that at all. Putin says that Ukraine moving towards Europe is an existential threat and everyone either stays silent or nods along because people who openly challenge Putin have a bad habit of falling out of windows or getting polonium poisoning.

When you live in dictatorship where the dictator routinely kills anyone who voices opposition then opposing ideas tend to be silenced. Putin has been killing his opposition for over two decades.
quote:

Let's say Putin does die. Are the next folks in line better or worse?

No one knows. But at this point Putin is pot-committed to this war. If someone new took power they could throw Putin under the bus, admit the war was a mistake, and try to negotiate an actual peace quickly.
