The next time a Democrat is President someone who owes student loans will sue the department of education for $100 trillion dollars and the department will settle by agreeing to erase all student loans debt
These kind of bells cannot be unrung people

Congrats to the spurs for assaulting their way to the WCF! Wasn’t even fined! NBA isn’t fixed at all!

Ironic that this company is building the chips for AI that is making a lot of professional jobs obsolete.
Nvidia financial worth is 100% tied to AI growth. Everyone who’s talking about how AI is going to replace most white collar jobs has a massive financial interest in AI succeeding and has to convince investors to keep pouring billions into it.
Can’t wait for the next Democratic President to give ten billion dollars to the universities and law firms this administration has targeted! Hell, let’s give another ten billion to the DNC!
Wait a stupid precedent this sets

Im still trying to figure out why our DOJ is bringing fraud charges against an Indian businessman for bribing Indian govt officials? What does this have to do with the US?
He defrauded American citizens and violated US Securities laws

NBA getting close to having another guy to loathe in the playoffs (Wemby).. Not because of him but because of the coverage of him and how he walks on water every play l
Wemby chose to try to crush Naz Reid’s throat. Then the NBA refused to suspend him for probably the worst foul in the past year
The NBA pantheon of villains is: 1a the Thunder and 1b Wemby. frick them both

Davidson demolished Trump-supporting comedian Tony Hinchcliffe with a series of brutal jokes, starting with, “Tony is here looking like both a child molester and the doll they give the child to show where he touched them.”

“Tony, nothing you say tonight will hurt my feelings. I was in a beef with Kanye, so I’ve taken shots from better gay Nazis,” he said
That wasn’t a basketball move at all. Wemby elbowed a player as hard as he could in the throat out of malice. No one actually thinks Wemby was actually trying to kill Naz, but people do die from shite like this.
Wemby stopped playing basketball and tried to severely injure another player. He deserves a multi game suspension at the least
Also OKC is insanely dirty too and Dort intentionally tried to hurt Joker so frick them too

Not sure how many but for all 3 of my kids we went home with a pile of diapers from the hospital that our nurse gave us My wife started her career as a labor and delivery RN and she said she did that every time for patients too
Yeah, the hospital where my kids were born has carts full of everything you could need to take care of a newborn that they put in each room. Before we left a nurse told us that we already paid for everything in the cart and could empty it and take everything home. Nine years later and we still have unopened tubes of petroleum jelly from it
My wife and I saw something stranger over the water at Pawleys Island, SC sometime in the early 2010s (don’t remember the exact year tbh). We used to go every year with her extended family. Lots of uncles, aunts, cousins etc. On Pawleys there are a bunch of houses packed tight against each other, including the decks (which comes up later).
So my wife and I decide to take a walk on the beach to get away from her family. As we walked back we saw another couple pointing out to the ocean sky. We looked and there were lights that blinked in and out. Sometimes three sometimes four. It started as a horizontal line blinking in and out. Then vertical. Then basic shapes (square, triangle, diamond). When the lights weren’t on we couldn’t see any ships. Just lights. This went on for about a minute then the lights shot away. They were dots in the sky that suddenly stretched into long lines away from us. Looked a lot like Star Wars when they jump into hyperspace (the stars stretch into lines). I’ve never seen anything like it in real life. About ten seconds later two jets (f16s maybe) screamed over head out towards where the lights had been.
We went back to the house and asked her family if they’d seen anything. They were on the deck and were in a good position to have seen it. They were too busy enjoying themselves and didn’t notice anything. That’s when the dad in the family on the deck next to ours called out to me. He said they saw the whole thing too. A dad, mom, three kids, and grandparents had all seen it and had a look that was a mix of amazement and horror on their faces.
My wife and I rarely talk about it, but it wasn’t just us who saw something that day

I saw two clear fouls on Golbert and one on Randle

He’s still charismatic and funny. NBA reporters all talk about how likable he is and how they like to interview him. He’s got a positive attitude, tries hard on both sides, and doesn’t miss games when he’s not injured. He’ll, even when he wanted that woman to get an abortion he didn’t lie or try to cover it up. He owned it.
Every neutral NBA fan I know likes him as a player and a personality.

Traveling laughs at this
Every player gets away with traveling. What happened last night was the NBA letting one specific player get away with breaking the rules. If Golbert had played like that last night he would’ve fouled out of the game

I can’t figure out why players like SGA and Wemby get superstar treatment while ANT rarely gets the benefit of the call. You’d think the NBA would actually try to help a likeable American superstar
