My background is medical, not legal, and I've been wondering if the SEC has the authority of making it's own portal rules if they were inclined to do so. The idea of guys transferring all over multiple times is bad enough but a real player going from one SEC school straight to another SEC school on ...

My cousin played DB at UF in the 60's, supported the school, and played golf with Spurrier. He said Spurrier was mad at UF/AD because:
1. They wouldn't hang a banner for his team that won the SEC while on probation.
2. They didn't back him up when he accused Bowden/FSU of trying to hurt his Q...
