Because he was in college for 6 years and even that should make him 25.

I know That probably sounds normal.

But most people finish college in 4 years.

How long do you think an economics degree takes? The standard track is 4 years but he did summer I&II so it should have taken 3 years tops if maintained his minimum eligibility requirements to participate in NCAA athletics.

I'd take one bachelor's in economics over a bachelor's in marketing with a "masters in sports management" whatever that means

You and Sammy being eaten up with jealousy over Stetson Bennett is one of the saddest things I've ever seen on here

They actually don’t.

Most people never finish college (only 35% do)

Most people don’t finish in 4 years (only 41%, or 14.35% of the general population)

5.7 Calendar years is the average time it takes someone to finish a Bachelors

but no one seems to remember that Chris Weinke was 28 when he won the Heisman in 2000. Plus, Weinke wasn't drafted until the 4th round.

everyone remembers that. People also remember him spending 7 years playing professional baseball before going to college. He was a high school All-American and signed an LOI to FSU out of high school but turned it down to pursue a baseball career. He actually reported to campus but signed a baseball contract like a week later.

economics degrees are art and sciences degrees. They're not exactly hard to achieve. I know plenty of morons with that degree

I’ve heard that Stetson will graduate with an economics degree in May. There are reasons he hasn’t graduated yet. A normal degree can take 5 years or more nowadays. Stetson went to a jr college for a year and I know from my neighbors son’s experience that all jr college credits don’t always transfer. From all report Stetson is a very good student and economics at UGA is not easy. Anyone who thinks he is stupid needs to look in the mirror. This guy is far from dumb. Stetson is the GOAT. He has earned it.
