Great fajita makers. Burgers are super easy. Grill on high, oh and you need one of these tools. Something you need to try - place the buns inside down and toast them so they soak up a little grease…then put the patties on the untoasted side. Winner winner. Oh, and use parchment paper between the masher and the patty.
We did Christmas breakfast on ours: hashbrowns, eggs, sausage, bacon and then pancakes - about 15 at once :lol:

Nit all that bad. A good scraper is a must. I scrape it off as I go. Once it’s properly seasoned it’s good to go. After every cleanup I put a light coat of oil on it. Did Christmas breakfast on it. I mean don’t leave it out in the rain
