UF was the best program in the country from 1990 -2010. This is the only time uga has been good in any of y’all’s life without a generational talent.

The issue is that Florida was ONLY relevant from 1996-2008.

Your program has sucked before and since then. You’re well behind Georgia, historically.

And UGA was only relevant 1980 and last year. Win the next two games and you will have finally caught and tied UF

I’ve always felt the qualifier to be in the top group, regardless of number is 2 SEC titles in last 20 years. UT had been out, Florida has until 2026 to come up w another title otherwise it really becomes the big 4.

The Big 6 include schools with a recent NC (BCS, Playoffs), have won the SEC in the last 60 years and have the money and prestige to continue.
Those schools are Bama, LSU, UGA, Florida, UT and Auburn. That is the criteria.

If you take away that four-year run by Urban Meyer, Florida and Tennessee have basically been butt brothers for the last 50
Take away the last 6 years and UGA is a mid-tier team below Tennessee or Florida.

. But you can’t. In fact, one could flip the argument and say if you took Georgia’s four year run with Kirby, Georgia is even MORE irrelevant. See?

Isn't that like saying Florida was only relevant one season in the 90s?

The BS that gets spewed on both sides is ridiculously stupid.

UGA has won SEC titles in every decade other than the 1990's (and 1930's, which was only a partial decade for the existence of the conference).

Every single SEC football title Florida has won has been between 1991 and 2008.

Florida fans need to realize that their history started in 1990 and ended in 2008. The rest of the time they were South Carolina as a football program.

By that criteria, Ole Miss would have been in the big whatever number you choose in the 1960s, at what point would you have kicked Ole Miss out?

As far as I can tell it's the schools who have won an SEC football title in the last 50 or so years. It's 6 schools, which is hovering around half the schools within the conference throughout that time period. I guess that's a good reason to create a "club."
