I’m just glad they didn’t throw a swing pass or pitch it wide to Achane.

Completely agree. I mean I’m happy with the results but a better play call is something that gives the QB multiple options. I thought we’d see a drag route coming into view at the last minute but when they showed the replay, there was no one else remotely close.

He went to the right guy. But he was more successful over the middle. But 2 yards away makes things tougher not easier. You have to wonder if it is Manziel’s goal in life to have no friends. This guy is unreal stupid.

Everyone questions calls that don't work. If he had said don't run the corner route on the last play before it was run, then he can say that.
