Regions HELOC is 6.5% right now but you can lock it in at 7% for multiple years. I think you get 4.5% if you’re a first time borrower. I use my HELOC all the time for house flips and pay it off quickly. Easy and convenient.

The player being found “guilty” in a Title IX proceeding literally means nothing from a legal standpoint. The only thing that can happen is expulsion from campus. The fact that police declined real charges is much more telling. Means there is no compelling evidence other than post coital regret.
