LSU has been screwed so often by the officials over the years, I have no problem celebrating this win. SC played hard but let’s not act like they played the perfect game. They had opportunities to win against a bad LSU team but couldn’t do it....

You are unlikely to come out ahead only owning a home 2 years. I would definitely rent. Not worth the headache. You could be putting $6000 into a new A/C the first year. You can probably negotiate a 2 year lease for a reduced cost.
Take that $60k and make 5% on a money market while renting.

The answer was to keep O but not sign him to a huge contract after 2019. Use the saved money to hire the best two DCs at all times. When they leave for HC gigs, rinse and repeat. No HC besides Saban was worth the $10 million they are regularly paying these guys. You can get great coordinators for $2...

Homogeneous culture that was 80% white and Christian with actual morals. Parents stayed married. Boys who wanted to wear dresses were recognized as mentally ill. You had actual state psychiatric hospitals for long term residence of the mentally ill.
