Good for them.

Yea..we get to claim Kentucky and Missouri as well as at least half of Tennessee and some of northern Alabama

You can add ND, USC, and UCLA and leave Oklahoma and Texas out of the SEC and the B1G still doesn't come close in football. The SEC's dominance in college football is undeniable.
Add OU and Texas to the SEC and it's not even an argument.

Fun fact: Mizzou has as many or more bowl wins and national championships in the past 20 years as Nebraska, Michigan, and Notre Dame.
Also, don't count those chickens 'til they hatch. Notre Dame has shown absolutely no interest in joining the B1G to date.

Remember that time Michigan throttled and manhandled OSU on the way to a triumphant Big Ten Championship?
Only to get decapitated in front of a prime time national audience by the SEC's 2nd place team?
I'm excited to see which SEC program gets to destroy the Big Ten's "champion" this season.

For a team that's steeped in tradition, your trophy was alittle dusty up until last year. Hell, Florida and Tenn are more of a blue blood then you'll ever be. I guess you can muscle A&M and UK, but that's not much.

Nebraska is 40-43 since joining the big 10. Blue blood?

You cant be a blueblood in perpetuity. If you haven't done anything in 30 years that status no longer applies.

Maryland is below the mason dixon line, it's in the south, read a book sometime.
When you order tea in Maryland you have to specify that it is to be sweetened BEFORE it is iced. Maryland, therefore, is decidedly NOT southern. West-by-God Virginia is also south of the Mason-Dixon line, but illegally seceded from Virginia in order to remain a part of the Union. Your argument is invalid.

New Rule: In order to keep your status as a "blueblood", you must be able to win the nattie at minimum once every 20 years. After 20 seasons, your status is reduced from "blueblood" to "has been".
Seems legit to me.
Under this rule the only teams that could still be bluebloods are:
Ohio State (2002, 2014)
LSU (2003, 2007, 2019)
USC (2004)
Texas (2005)
Florida (2006, 2008)
Alabama (2009, 2011, 2012, 2015, 2017, 2020)
Auburn (2010)
Florida State (2013)
Clemson (2016, 2018)
Georgia (2021)
Some notable has-beens: Tennessee, Oklahoma, Michigan, Notre Dame

Also of interest: in 12 of the past 20 seasons, a national champion has been involved in a game with LSU.

The only relevant teams in the B1G are OSU and USC.
The SEC has seven schools which have won championships this century in BAMA, LSU, UGA, OU, UF, TEX, and AU.
The B1G ain't shite, even if they add Notre Dame.

Notre Dame only has their history and pedigree because of 20th century media bias
As soon as the game shifted towards proving yourself on the field, they fell off a cliff. They don't have their little newspaper boys around to prop them up and sing their praises anymore.
They're a perfect fit for the Big Ten: win a bunch of meaningless-cupcake regular season games, get overrated, and then get absolutely mud-holed in the post-season.
