In this country we’ve normalized things like obesity, being on five different prescription medications, homosexuality, and a host of other abnormal behaviors and things. There is absolutely nothing wrong with doing everything possible to be a healthy functioning male. I don’t care who gets triggered or upset over this there is nothing ‘normal’ about being a lazy fat out of shape slob. It’s fricking disgusting and I don’t want to be around fatties period because it’s trashy.

I take 15g of mono creapure split up in multiple dosages. I take 2.2 grams of hcl in my water during my workout. It’s way more concentrated and soluble than mono. Seems gentler on stomach and less bloat for most people. I see no reason not to use both but just creapure is fine as well. People debate if hcl is ‘worth it’ but it’s not much more expensive than creapure.

Committee has shown SOS barely matters and it’s just wins and losses. Why schedule any tough games? Hasn’t hurt Indiana at all. I hope we schedule Tuskegee in their place.

Saw two black guys get in a shoving match in Publix deli over some ‘Mardi Gras’ wings. There were like 20 left and the first guy was taking 15 of them leaving second guy very few wings. It was surreal.

S&P 500 is the single greatest gift for investors no matter how much you put in provided you stay the course. It’s basically idiot proof.

I use both mono and hcl. Try it and see for yourself both are cheap.
It’s safe. Just make sure it’s creapure and make sure he drinks plenty of water.
