The biggest mistake I see with people who do Carnivore is they do not get enough fats for energy. Some people who try Carnivore still have this mental block that too much fat is bad for you. The worst things you can put in your body especially in medium to large amounts are sugars or carbohydrates.
Its simple: you need carbohydrates or fats for energy not both. Pick one. Some will do better with fats some with carbs.

I don't understand this. Just preload the syringe the night before. I was taking 10 full 3cc syringes of steroids a week and never had a problem missing a shot and you can't keep up with a measly 2cc's a week? :lol:

You realize the more Trump whines and complains the less likely it is Powell (who Trump appointed) is to cut rates? Baw, I finally took the advice of several on here and went out and found a Latina. Got me one from Mexico after trying one from Peru. She has traditional values isn't into all the woke bullshite that a lot of White women are she is a hard worker makes good money in a corporate job doesn't complain will do almost anything for me goes to the gym and is just a pleasure to be around. She's like what women used to be in this country before they all became a bunch of spoiled entitled woke brats.

Not sure about anyone else but it seems no matter who is delivering what I ordered UPS, USPS, Fed Ex, etc it never shows up on time. This has been going on since November of last year.

The easiest way tell that Covid was a joke was they never differentiated those who died from or with covid. There is a difference there that they never distinguished because they wanted to pump the number up.

Some estimate we have 40 million Illegal Immigrants here. Deporting 200 a week isn't putting a dent in that number.

Its almost impossible to overeat on this diet. Believe me I have tried until I am pouring sweat from eating so much meat in one sitting. It didn't negatively impact me at all.
